बदला ढंग, आमदनी बढ़ी तो जिंदगी में छाए रंग

योगी सरकार में यूपी में आधुनिक खेती के तरीके अपना कर किसान दोगुनी आमदनी कर रहे हैं। वहीं किसान कल्याण योजनाओं की वजह से यूपी में कृषि विकास रफ्तार पकड़ रहा है। शायद इसी वजह से पिछले सात वर्षों में उत्तर प्रदेश में न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में लगातार बढ़ोतरी हुई है। परिणामस्वरूप प्रदेश में फसलों की सरकारी खरीद के नए-नए कीर्तमान बन रहे हैं। 

किसानों को बदलहाली के दौर से निकालने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री बनते ही योगी आदित्यनाथ ने यूपी में किसान कल्याण की तमाम योजनाएं लागू की। जिसकी वजह से यूपी में कृषि विकास के साथ किसानों की आर्थिक हालात में सुधार हुआ। अपनी पहली कैबिनेट बैठक में वर्ष 2017 में योगी आदित्यनाथ की सरकार ने  किसानों का एक लाख रुपये तक का कर्ज माफी का फैसला लिया था। प्रदेश सरकार के इस फैसले से  86 लाख लघु-सीमांत किसानों को  कर्ज माफी का लाभ मिला। वहीं, किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने का लक्ष्य पाने के लिए प्रयासों का असर भी अब दिखने लगा है। योगी सरकार के इन फैसलों से ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था में सुधार होने के साथ ही किसानों ने आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर भी कदम बढ़ाए। इसके पीछे यूपी में किसान कल्याण योजनाएं ज्यादा असरदार साबित हुई। 

 

न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में लगातार वृद्धि की वजह से  गेहूं व धान के अलावा मक्का, दलहन व तिलहन की सरकारी खरीद बढ़ी और बाजार में किसानों को बेहतर दाम मिले।  सरकारी क्रय केंद्रों पर रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने जैसी औपचारिकताएं तो बढ़ी है, लेकिन इससे किसानों के खातों में विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत करीब 1803 करोड़ रुपये का अनुदान के रूप में पहुंचा ।कृषि उपज की बिक्री के लिए मंडियों की उपयोगिता और अधिक बढ़ी है।

 

योगी सरकार ने यूपी में आधुनिक खेती के तरीके के प्रमोशन के लिए तकनीक से कृषि विकास को रफ्तार  देने का अभियान चलाया। प्रदेश के किसानों को खेती -किसानी संबंधी नवीनतम जानकारियां व तकनीकी लाभ उनके करीब में उपलब्ध कराने के लिए किसान पाठशालाओं का आयोजन किया गया।  किसान पाठशालाओं के माध्यम से प्रदेश के 55 लाख किसानों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया। इसी प्रकार प्रदेश में  20 नए कृषि विज्ञान केंद्रों की स्थापना की गई। कृषि क्षेत्र में सौर ऊर्जा के अधिकतम उपयोग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 50 हजार से अधिक सोलर पंप लगाने का काम किया। 

 

कुसुम योजना के माध्यम से किसानों को नलकूप के कनेक्शन प्रदान किए गए। जिससे प्रदेश में सिंचित खेती का रकबा बढ़ा।  सरकार किसानों को गेहूं और धान की परंपरागत खेती के स्थान पर बहुफसली खेती की पद्धति अपनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर रही है। इससे भी किसानों की आमदनी सुधारने में अहम भूमिका निभाई। मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड , प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना, कृषि सिंचाई, किसान सम्मान निधि  जैसी यूपी में किसान कल्याण योजनाएं भी इसमें बहुत सहायक हुईं। जिसके परिणामस्वरूप कुछ वर्षों में ही  किसानों को उनकी लागत का डेढ़ गुना दाम मिलना प्रारंभ हुआ। 

 

बुंदेलखंड के किसानों के लिए  जलवायु की अनुकूलता के मुताबिक औषधीय खेती और बागवानी से भी जोड़ा गया। सीमैप के माध्यम से संगीधय और औषधीय पौधों की खेती के लिए किसानों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया और उनको प्रशिक्षित भी किया। इसके अलावा उनके हर्बल उत्पादों की मार्केटिंग भी की गई।  किसानों को कारोबारी एवं उद्यमशील बनाकर प्रशिक्षित किया गया। इससे उन्हें कृष‍ि उत्पाद का कई गुना दाम मिल रहा है। 

 

बीते वर्ष अगस्त 2023 में पूर्वांचल के वाराणसी एयरपोर्ट से खाड़ी देशों के लिए  91 मीट्रिक टन फल और सब्जियों का निर्यात किया गया। पहली बार पूर्वांचल के गाजीपुर के केले के फल, फूल और पत्ते निर्यात हो रहे हैं जबकि पहले ये दक्षिण भारत से ही निर्यात होता था. इसके अलावाअब पहली बार अमड़ा और करौंदा खाड़ी देशों के लिए निर्यात किया गया ।

 

सरकार की किसान कल्याण योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन का परिणाम है कि उत्तरप्रदेश कुल कृषि योग्य भूमि में  24% शेयर अकेले इन औद्यानिक कृषि फसलों के माध्यम से किसानों और प्रदेश को प्राप्त होता है। खाद्यान्न उत्पादन में  20 प्रतिशत का योगदान उत्तर प्रदेश करता है। ऑर्गेनिक खेती में भी उत्तर प्रदेश के किसानों की भागीदारी 24 प्रतिशत हैं।

Scheme Of Yogi Government To Promote Education In Uttar Pradesh

To improve education, health, physical and arts education of children in primary schools, Honorable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Ji launched the Road to School Project on 20th August 2024 at Chahgawan Block, Gorakhpur.

Essentially, the project is a joint initiative of the Department of Basic Education of the State Government, Ashok Leyland Limited of leading industrial company Hinduja Group, and the Learning Link Foundation. Many large corporate groups are also gearing up to participate in such government activities. 

What is the Yogi Government's  Road to School Project and how it is promoting primary education in UP? 

The Road to School Project is the next phase of the School Chalo Abhiyan that was launched on 1st July 2017 at Kukrail, Lucknow. Chapter 7 of "School Chalo Abhiyan" is laudable for the efforts made to increase the enrolment rate of children in government schools, prevent dropouts and increase the interest of children in learning.

The success of the program is easily seen from the fact that the number of children enrolled in schools was 1.034 crore in 2017 and is now 1.92 crore. primary education in up Road to School currently provides primary, secondary and combined schools (grades 1 to 8) and creates infrastructure for the holistic development of students. 

A unique initiative to promote education in UP

"Road to School" is an innovative program that aims to set an example for children with 100% enrolment, regular attendance and progression. Its main objective is to improve basic education, health, physical education and art education of children. According to  Nipun Bharat Mission, the project aims to improve basic education.

For instance, it aims to increase children's interest in science and mathematics and improve their representation in the subjects. education in up The project will provide courses based on social, physical, emotional and environmental well-being for the overall health development of children.

The programme will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, all 78 schools in the Chagawan block were included.  17,781 students have benefited from the project. The second phase will begin on June 2, 2025. All remaining 90 schools in Bharat block will be included in the programme. 16,434 students have benefited.

Five project staff will be deployed to implement health and wellness programmes in schools. All schools will be equipped with teaching materials, sports and mathematics kits.  

The Road to School project  is as per the new education policy in Uttar Pradesh

The curriculum for grades 1 to 8 under the  Road to School project aims to improve the basic education level within the framework of basic education. He also said that the promotion of arts education and the development of basic life skills will also be part of the curriculum, along with ensuring the implementation of the Khelo India programme curriculum.

The expected outcomes of the programme include improving the basic literacy and numeracy skills of students, maintaining a 100 per cent enrolment rate and increasing it in additional grades, education policy in uttar pradesh transitioning from primary to secondary and secondary to high school, and raising awareness of health and hygiene for all students.

The aim is to develop the capacity of teachers and implement the vision of the programme in their classrooms. Before 2017, the foundation of the future had undergone so many changes. 

Whether we are talking about the "School Chalo Abhiyan" or the "Path to School" project, this question is always relevant. Why should Honourable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Ji work so hard to get children to school and ensure they complete their schooling? 

After all, what was the reason behind so many poor children not being able to go to school before 2017 and those who did go to school for one reason or another not being able to progress to higher grades? In fact, before March 2017, most government school buildings in Uttar Pradesh were in a dilapidated state, had no seats, no separate toilets for boys and no drinking water supply.

 बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास के मामले में उत्तर प्रदेश ने पिछले सात वर्षों में नए आयाम गढ़े हैं। यूपी के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ के दूरदर्शी विजन का असर ही है कि उत्तर प्रदेश आज देश में सबसे ज्यादा हाईवे और एयरपोर्ट वाला राज्य बन गया है। कनेक्टीविटी के मामले में  उत्तर प्रदेश आज देश ही नहीं दुनिया में स्थान बना रहा है।  योगी सरकार ने बुनियादी ढांचा प्रबंधन यूपी में नया आयाम स्थापित किया है। बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं की वजह से उत्तर प्रदेश निवेशकों का भी पसंदीदा गंत्वय बना है। प्रदेश की कनेक्टिविटी और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सुदृढ़ किया गया है। 

 

वर्ष 2017 से पूर्व दंगा प्रदेश के रूप में पहचाना जाने वाले उत्तर प्रदेश में योगीराज के दौरान थल, जल और नभ में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि दर्ज की है। बहुत जल्द यूपी 21 एयरपोर्ट वाला देश का पहला राज्य बनने जा रहा है। पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेसवे और बुंदेलखंड एक्सप्रेसवे के बाद गोरखपुर लिंक एक्सप्रेस की शुरुआत होने जा रही है। बलिया लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे भी बन रहा है। चित्रकूट लिंक एक्सप्रेसवे बनने जा रहा है। प्रयागराज महाकुंभ से पहले दिसंबर 2024 में गंगा एक्सप्रेस को शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। प्रदेश के विभिन्न जनपदों में फोर लेन की 1235 प्रोजेक्ट को पिछले सात साल में आगे बढ़ाया गया है। 

 

 प्रदेश सरकार ने वित्तीय वर्ष  2024-25 के बजट खर्चे का 5वां हिस्सा बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास लिए आवंटित किया है।  बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं और जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के मामले में उत्तर प्रदेश नए भारत के निर्माण में एक नई शुरुआत कर रहा है। पहले उत्तर प्रदेश को लैण्डलॉक्ड स्टेट कहा जाता था। आज वाराणसी से हल्दिया के बीच इनलैण्ड वॉटर-वे का उपयोग प्रारम्भ कर दिया गया है। प्रदेश में इनलैण्ड वॉटर-वे अथॉरिटी गठित करने के पश्चात अयोध्या को भी हल्दिया के साथ जोड़ने की तैयारी प्रारम्भ कर दी गई है।

 

यूपी में शहरी बुनियादी ढांचा के लिए बनाए गए ये  तमाम एक्सप्रेस-वे  भविष्य में उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रमुख शहरों और निर्यात केंद्रों को जोड़ेंगे। जिससे कि आम आदमी को कम समय में बेहतर व आरामदेह सफर की सुविधा देने के साथ-साथ माल ढुलाई में भी मदद करेगा। उत्तर प्रदेश में आज लगभग 4 लाख किमी से अधिक का सड़क नेटवर्क और 11 हजार किमी का राजमार्ग नेटवर्क है। प्रदेश में देश का सबसे बड़ा रेल नेटवर्क भी है जो लगभग 9000 किमी से अधिक का है। 

बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं  के तहतअउत्तर प्रदेश ने दिल्ली-मुंबई औद्योगिक कोरिडोर (डीएमआईसी) और पूर्वी समर्पित फ्रेट कोरिडोर (ईडीएफसी) जैसे इंडस्ट्रियल कोरिडोर को सक्रिय तौर पर प्रोत्साहित किया है। इन कोरिडोरों का उद्घाटन औद्योगिक विकास के लिए प्रेरणा स्रोत, निवेशों को आकर्षित करने और रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने का कार्य करते हैं।

 

डूइंग बिजनेस सुविधाओं और एकल खिड़की स्वीकृति प्रक्रियाओं ने ब्यूरोक्रेटिक प्रक्रियाओं को सुगम बनाया है, जिससे उत्तर प्रदेश निवेशकों के लिए और भी आकर्षक स्थल बन गया है। पिछले दशकों में उत्तर प्रदेश की पहचान एक बीमारू राज्य के रुप में होती थी लेकिन अब सूरत पूरी तरह से बदल चुकी है।  वर्तमान योगी सरकार ने पिछले छह सालों में विकास के अनेकों ऐसे कार्य किए हैं जिसके चलते इसकी पहचान तेजी से विकसित हो रहे प्रदेश की बन चुकी है।

 

यूपी में शहरी बुनियादी ढांचा के विकास  के क्रम में बिजली की निर्वाध आपूर्ति के लिए उत्पादन बढ़ाने पर भरपूर जोर दिया गया है । जिससे फलस्वरूप आपूर्ति व्यवस्था में सुधार हुआ है ।  ओरा की 660 मेगावाट की एक यूनिट उत्पादन शुरू करने जा रही है । इसी तरह जवाहर तापीय परियोजना में निर्माणाधीन 660 मेगावाट की दो इकाइयां भी इसी साल उत्पादन शुरू करेगी । वहीं कानपुर स्थित पनकी तापीय परियोजना में 660 मेगावाट की एक यूनिट भी इस साल दिसंबर में शुरू होने वाली है । 

 

गाजियाबाद, लखनऊ, नोएडा और ग्रेटर नोएडा, कानपुर  के बाद आगरा में मेट्रो का संचालन हो रहा  छह जिलों में मेट्रो की सुविधाएं देने वाले उत्तर प्रदेश देश का एकमात्र राज्य है। 72.26 किलोमीटर लंबा रीजनल रैपिड ट्रांजिट सिस्टम (आरआरटीएस) कॉरिडोर गाजियाबाद के आरआरटीएस और बनने वाले जेवर एयरपोर्ट को जोड़ेगा ।  दिल्ली-गाजियाबाद-मेरठ क्षेत्रीय रैपिड ट्रांजिट सिस्टम (आरआरटीएस) कॉरिडोर का शुभारंभ हो चुका है। इससे  दिल्ली से मेरठ तक पहुंचना अब ज्यादा सुगम और सुविधाजनक हो गया है। इन प्रयासों से  कनेक्टिविटी और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के विकास में सकारात्मक परिणाम आएं हैं।
